We used the incredible delicious bittersweet chocolate from Torras with just 3g of chargeable carbs at 100g .

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 140 ° C circulating air or 160 ° C top / bottom heat.
Put butter and chocolate together in a bowl and melt them with stirring over the water bath or in short pulses with medium intensity stirring in the microwave
Put almonds, erythritol, gingerbread spice, vanilla and orange peel in a mixing bowl and mix briefly.
Add the melted butter-chocolate mixture and the eggs and mix everything briefly.
Fill in the dough in a (silicone) mold
Bake the dough for 22-25 minutes and make the chopstick sample. If the dough still sticks (chocolate always sticks a bit), extend the baking time by 2 minutes. The cake itself is very soft, but after cooling it will be stable.
