120g sugar-free, dark chocolate
1-2 tablespoons baking cocoa
Ground vanilla or tonka bean

Low Carb and Keto Chocolate Truffles
For the day of the dark chocolate, we have an incredibly versatile and incredibly simple recipe. You like pralines and truffles? Still need a last minute gift? Then this recipe is just right for you.
It is the perfect basic recipe and can be flavored incredibly diverse – such as coffee, pepper or other dark chocolate varieties such as the torras with hazelnuts.

Weigh all ingredients and break the chocolate into small pieces.
Boil the cream together with the butter and spices and pour over the chopped chocolate.
Stir until the chocolate has melted and mix well all ingredients.
Cool at room temperature or if it really REALLY must go quickly into the fridge.
Cut off equal quantities with a teaspoon and form between the hands (disposable gloves really help here) into balls in which baking cocoa roll.
They are stable in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks and taste cold and become creamy at room temperature.
